Digital Transformation Lab for Teaching and Learning

Under the leadership of Vice President Prof. Dr. Erich Hörl and Dr. Julia Webersik, the Digital Transformation Lab for Teaching and Learning (DigiTaL) brings together 15 professors and numerous other teachers and students at Leuphana University.

In 11 sub-projects, all three Leuphana Schools and central university institutions are working to establish an innovative and integrative approach to promoting digital teaching and learning methods at Leuphana. These projects are divided into three clusters:
“Digital Teaching-Learning Innovations”, ‘Digital Literacy’ and ‘Digital Internationalization’.

At the heart of the project is the Digital Transformation Lab for Teaching and Learning. It creates new spaces for interaction for the professional development of teaching innovations, strategic funding and fosters the exchange and transfer of knowledge. In this way, the project enables teachers and students to critically examine the digital teaching and learning experiences from the coronavirus semesters and promotes strategic further developments in line with Leuphana’s educational goals and mission statement.

We cordially invite you to learn more about the DigiTaL project and find out about its progress and developments:
